Exclusive Local Opportunities. Pay Only When You Close.
Workhorse Branding develops locally focused lead-generation campaigns for contractors and home-service companies. We generate and screen customer inquiries, route qualified opportunities directly to an approved contractor, and structure select pilot programs around actual closed business.

More Than Visibility. A Path to New Business.
Workhorse Branding already helps contractors look professional through vehicle graphics, signs, apparel, websites, and coordinated branding. Our lead-generation service extends that work by helping approved contractors connect with local customers actively searching for specific services.
These are not bulk contact lists or shared internet leads sold repeatedly to multiple companies. Each accepted opportunity is screened and routed according to the terms of the contractor's specific program.
Lead-generation programs are opened selectively based on industry, service area, competition, and our ability to build a viable local campaign.
Septic Installation Lead Pilot
Workhorse Branding is currently developing local lead-generation campaigns for septic companies that perform new system installations and complete system replacements. Approved contractors can participate in a limited 90-day performance-based pilot.
Introductory Pilot Terms
- $500 per qualifying closed installation
- The $500 rate applies to the first three qualifying closed installations
- Payment is triggered only after the referred customer signs an installation contract and pays the required deposit
- $0 setup fee
- $0 monthly fee
- No long-term contract
- Pilot term is 90 days
- Each accepted opportunity is kept exclusive and is not resold to a competing installer
- Availability is subject to service-area approval
A Straightforward Performance-Based Process
- 1
Select the Market
We evaluate the contractor's services, geographic coverage, competition, and the types of jobs the company wants to pursue.
- 2
Build the Local Campaign
Workhorse Branding develops a locally focused online presence designed to attract homeowners searching for the selected service.
- 3
Screen the Inquiry
We review incoming information for service type, location, contact quality, and basic fit before routing an opportunity.
- 4
Contractor Handles the Sale
The contractor contacts the homeowner, schedules any necessary site visit, prepares the estimate, closes the project, and performs the work.
- 5
Pay After a Qualifying Close
For the current septic pilot, the $500 fee becomes due only when the referred customer signs an installation contract and pays the required deposit.
No Charge for an Opportunity That Does Not Qualify
Under the current septic pilot, the contractor is not charged when any of the following applies:
- The customer does not sign an installation contract and pay a deposit
- The inquiry is a duplicate or an existing customer already known to the contractor
- The contact information is invalid, spam, or unusable
- The property is outside the contractor's confirmed service area
- The request is only for pumping, routine maintenance, an inspection, or a minor repair
- The homeowner decides not to purchase the installation or replacement
Built for Contractors Who Are Tired of Shared Leads
Exclusive Opportunities
An accepted opportunity is not resold to a competing contractor under the same program.
Closed-Business Pricing
The current septic pilot is tied to a signed installation contract and customer deposit, not simply the delivery of a form submission.
Contractor Controls the Sale
The contractor controls homeowner communication, site visits, estimates, pricing, scheduling, contracts, and installation.
Defined Qualification Rules
Service area, job type, duplicates, invalid information, and other exclusions are established before the pilot begins.
Designed for Established Local Service Contractors
The program is intended for legitimate, properly insured service companies with the capacity to respond quickly, provide professional estimates, communicate honestly with homeowners, and perform the work represented in their service area.
- Septic installation and replacement
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Roofing
- Generators
- Pool construction and service
- Tree and land services
- Other qualified home-service industries
The current performance-based pilot is focused on septic installations and complete replacements. Programs for other industries are evaluated individually and may use different qualification and pricing terms.
Clear Expectations From the Beginning
Workhorse Branding does not guarantee a minimum number of inquiries, closed sales, revenue, search-engine rankings, or a particular business result. Lead volume depends on market demand, competition, seasonality, service coverage, campaign development, and the contractor's response and sales process.
At the end of the 90-day pilot, both parties can review lead quality, response time, close rate, and overall economics. Continuation, expanded exclusivity, and future pricing must be agreed to in writing. Renewal is not automatic.
